Our experience in servicing some of the leading Australian accounting firms has enabled us to enhance our products and solutions with functionality and integration specific to the accounting applications, like MYOB Accountants Enterprise (Viztopia), MYOB Insolvency, and other similar applications used by accounting firms and other professional services organisations.

We have designed, developed, customised and implemented products and other third party solutions to deliver enhanced functionality, benefits, and integration with existing systems used by accounting and professional services firms, namely:

inMailX is an intelligent eMail eXtension for Microsoft Outlook, providing a rich set of email management and productivity tools to help staff create, file and organise emails, tasks and appointments; schedule follow-up tasks and/or appointments when reading/sending emails; convert to PDF and/or compress email attachments when composing messages; manage corporate email signatures using Active Directory; deploy corporate email forms, provide quick text functionality; etc.

We have developed optional inMailX Connectors for integration with specific applications used by the accounting and professional services industries.  These inMailX Connectors provide integration with MYOB Accountants Enterprise (Viztopia), MYOB Insolvency, and any other accounting applications saving client documents under a client directory structure.

inMailX Connectors for accounting applications, provides each member of a team with the ability to easily save emails in specified folders under the client directory structure, and have the emails accessible from inside the client view of the accounting application (e.g. MYOB Accountants Enterprise) by other team members working with the client.

With inMailX, accounting firms will ensure that complete email communication with clients is stored and preserved under under each client file, rather than being left in each user's mailbox.

inMailX makes it easier for accounting firms to meet their legal obligations by saving email records of client specific advice under each client folder.  This prevents important client email communication from being deleted when staff leave the firm, and their mailbox gets deleted with all the client emails inside.

Instead of spending hours going through other user's mailboxes to locate an important client related email, by storing all emails under the client specific directories you will be able to find emails quickly and efficiently.

Saving emails under each client file, at the time of being sent, would ensure that, for any client, the assigned partner will always know what the various staff members have been advising their clients.
