inMailX intuitive user interface has been designed to combine most common tasks, such as "on the fly PDF conversion of sent email attachments", "sending, filing and printing of emails (including attachments)", into simple one-click actions.

Integration with third party document management systems

When used with its optional Document Management Integration and/or External Filing add-ons, inMailX substantially enhances the Outlook capabilities of filing emails into third party document management systems (Worksite*, Worldox*, Trackfile*), and/or into network file systems, personal folder archives (.PST files), public folders, or other users mailboxes.

By integrating directly into Microsoft Outlook, inMailX allows users to take control over managing their emails without losing any of the existing Outlook functionality.
