Worldox

Worldox GX2 is a comprehensive document management system developed by World Software Corporation, and used by various law firms, financial services firms, manufacturers, universities, and other organisations.  With tens, or hundreds of thousand of documents frequently created, using a management system to organise, index and control these documents is an absolute necessity for organisations around the world.

The system firmly integrates with word processing software, legal programs, and other applications to provide document profiling, organisation, collaboration support and extensive search capabilities.

What sets Worldox apart from other products is that it is a SQL-free document management system.

The issue of SQL, non-SQL, or SQL-free is a huge issue as it increases the price and complexity of a document management system. A common perception is that SQL is a necessity however the advantage of Worldox is that it can be successfully installed without SQL.

Compared to the challenges of managing SQL servers and systems, Worldox requires very little in-house support. The software and system independence of Worldox greatly simplifies network management. Once again, SQL is not needed for Worldox to integrate and communicate with other databases, including SQL databases.
