April 2011 - Simplify E-mail Management and Improve User Experience - ILTA Melbourne, 13 April 2011

Andrew Pritchett, CIO at Griffith Hack, presented how the firm is using inMailX to streamline and simplify the management of the ever-increasing flow of documents and e-mail messages, at the International Legal Technology Association ("ILTA") event held in Melbourne, Australia, on 13 April 2011.

His presentation focused on the inMailX open innovation architecture, and the process changes required to address the firm's challenges in improving the management of emails. 

Andrew has spent the past 10 years working in professional services firms including Minter Ellison and Norton Rose Australia, managing network infrastructure, systems integration and storage.  Andrew has a special interest in messaging, e-mail management, unified communications and assisting firms to leverage technology to enable their staff to work efficiently whilst enhancing the users end user experience.
