inMailX is an intelligent eMail eXtension for Microsoft Outlook, providing a rich set of email management and productivity tools to help users create, file and organise emails, tasks and appointments; schedule follow-up tasks and/or appointments when reading/sending emails; convert to PDF and/or compress email attachments when composing messages; manage corporate email signatures using Active Directory; deploy corporate email forms, provide quick text functionality; etc.

Its intuitive user interface has been designed to combine most common tasks, such as: "on the fly PDF conversion of attachments when composing emails"; "sending, filing and printing of emails (including attachments)"; "scheduling follow-up appointments and/or tasks when sending/reading messages", into simple one-click actions.

 

inDocX is an intelligent Document eXtension for Microsoft Word with a powerful document production merging engine used to transform standard documents and legal precedents into intelligent templates that can be assembled in a fraction of the normal time.

It supports multiple documents and fields repetitions, as well as documents set assembly. No documents can be deliberately omitted or simply missed because, as a set, they must be processed together. Mandatory fields ensure proper completion, and decision processing can be included to create sophisticated documents from templates the author knows are correct.
